Hello!

My name is Carolina Palacio and I recently graduated from Florida International University (FIU) with my Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a focus in Global Media Communication.

I was born in Medellin, Colombia and moved to the United States when I was 10 years old. In Spring 2015, I graduated from the Seneff Honors College at Valencia College in Orlando with my Associate of Arts degree, and then transferred to FIU in the fall of 2015 to complete my bachelor's degree.

During my time at FIU, I was welcome into the honors college and became the recipient for the presidential transfer scholarship. I had the opportunity to join different honors societies including Tau Sigma and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS). In addition, I participated in several volunteer opportunities and even had the opportunity to do service abroad in Costa Rica.

 I have traveled to various places in the world from Europe to the Americas and would like to continue traveling and exploring in years to come.
